This house is another stab at a modern by me, I'm not used to moderns. This modern is a nice 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom beach house with a helicopter on the roof. I designed this to test my skill with moderns, the helicopter on the roof and the sauna on the deck are some added extras I wanted. The dining room seat 16, the house sleeps 8. It's a beachside property so if you want to go swimming, you have the lake.ocean/whatever to do it in, otherwise there would be a pool. It costs approximately $239,000 Anyways, I'm doing a terrible job of describing this, so I'll let the pictures do the talking.
When building I disabled CC, and used no CC floors, so there shouldn't be any CC in this build.This build also requires pretty much all packs, I may have left out some stuff from some packs, so it's hit-and-miss if you don't have at least all EPs and Ikea stuff.
